3. The electric dual-purpose fryer is equipped with two switches: electric heating and gas heating. When you need to use which heating method, you only need to open the corresponding switch, and the rest of the heating switch does not move. For the main switch of the machine, turn it clockwise when it is used. If it is pressed immediately in case of emergency, the whole machine will be powered off.
