The egusi peeling machine consists of cleaning grading part and shelling peeling separating part. Also used for muskmelon seeds, pumpkin seed, watermelon seeds, etc.
The commercial use egusi shelling machine has the advantages of reasonable structure, small occupied space, large productivity, low breaking rate(less than 3%), high depacking rate, high whole kernel rate(more than 95%), simple operation and maintenance, etc.
Grading part will firstly grade and clean melon seed material. After grading, soak the seeds, then shell them through hulling separating part, start shelling, skin removing and sorting. The unhulled seeds will be automatically return to the sheller again for shelling, greatly improving automation degree.
