- How long does it take to ship my order?

We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail shipping methods to deliver our orders within the United States, and USPS First Class International for orders in Canada and the UK. All orders are shipped within 48 hours and should arrive at your door within 2-10 business days if your order has been dispatched on a weekday (Monday to Friday). Please allow an extra working day for orders shipped on the weekends.

Please be aware that orders may take longer to arrive, as carriers work to deliver high shipping volumes, due to COVID-19. Thank you for your understanding. 

- What is the status of my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details and your tracking number. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out to us.

*Changes to mail volume, transport disruptions, delays at customs and operating issues mean that it may sometimes take a bit longer for packages to arrive.

Please note, if you've placed an order containing multiple items, there are occasions when your packages may arrive separately at different times, even though they are sent together from the same post office. This is due to procedures for sorting and distributing mail and space availability in delivery vehicles.

- I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us straight away. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.


- What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. Additionally, we accept JCB,Discover, and Diners Club debit cards in the United States. We also acceptApple and Google Pay on supported devices.

- Will I be charged an import duty if I live outside the US?

La Nature Store is not responsible for import duties that are at the discretion of each country.Please check with your country's postal service for taxes applicable in your country.


- Do you accept returns?

We are happy to acceptreturns so long as you notify us in advance and the product is returned to usin a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to refundshipping costs.
