1. Hazelnut roasting machine:
This roasting machine is equipped with rotary drum, which can push and stir the nut materials continuously in order to make the nuts heated evenly and thoroughly, it adopts heat transmission, thermal radiation principle, for the reasonable design, the materials can be protected from the fire and smoke.
2. Hazelnut butter grinding machine
The grinding machine is a centrifugal device, suitable for grinding materials with higher viscosity and larger particles. It has the functions of mixing, stirring, dispersing, and emulsifying at the same time as micronization, and the particle size of the finished product is up to 50μm. This machine can be widely used in the manufacture of hazelnut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, peanut butter, etc.
3. Hazelnut butter filling machine:
Put the finished hazelnut sauce into a 200g / 500g / 1000g bottle. The filling amount can be adjusted to achieve the accurate filling effect. The filling machine is suitable for filling water and cream products with different viscosities.
